i stayed in the duplex suite for several nights. slippers and bottled water were provided upon arrival. breakfast was good and served daily.

The breakfast was delicious. It was homemade in the beautiful terrace. The pool was super quiet there too. I enjoyed the enormous apartment with two bathrooms, and it was full of historical details.
I found it scammy that lunch cost 25 euro. It was chicken and salad! Staff were not responsive to texts in a prompt manner for things like water and tea. Just overall terrible service at this price.

a wonderful stay
attentive staff traditional breakfast
the staff was helpful and attentive. i especially liked the traditional breakfast with breads and coffee (it was a great start to the day!). the terrace provided a lovely space for relaxation. it was so nice.
i found the advertised services somewhat lacking. some services listed were not readily available. it would be beneficial to update the service offerings to reflect current availability.

the hotel is situated within the medina. it provides convenient access to local attractions. the medina alleyways can be intimidating at first, but you quickly adapt to the surroundings and find your way around with ease.

the hotel features a rooftop area with a pool (very quiet!). the rooms were equipped with historical details adding to the charm. breakfast is served on the terrace, and guests can also enjoy meals prepared by the staff upon request.
